Tracy Ashley Grigsby

Madam Tracy Ashley Grigsby is the Consul General of the Consulate General of the Republic of Liberia near Minnesota, where she oversees consular, administrative, and diplomatic engagements on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Liberia.

Madam Grigsby has held several distinguished diplomatic assignments during her career. She previously served as Chargé d’Affaires and Minister Plenipotentiary at the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia near Paris, Republic of France, with concurrent accreditation to Spain, Greece, Portugal, and Cyprus.

​

She also served as Chargé d’Affaires at the Permanent Delegation of Liberia to UNESCO, the Bureau for International Expositions (BIE), and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris, Republic of France.

​

Earlier in her diplomatic service, Madam Grigsby served as Vice Consul and Principal Passport Officer at the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia near Beijing, People’s Republic of China.
